Rocky Hensley is the owner of ICON Property Restoration based in Cincinnati.  Rocky is a serial entrepreneur and I am always excited to talk to him and find out what he is working on...He is always working on something!  In this conversation we talk about the sale of a mortgage business, getting started in water restoration, the 550 pound bear he shot and some other hunting stories, but mainly we talk about his new project.  Rocky  shares the development of a "snap-on" service/company he added to his restoration company that originally was just supposed to generate water leads.   After 2 years the company is generating leads but also making money...A lot of money!  I was happy to have Rocky on the podcast.  He is always building, growing or innovating something.  I can't wait to talk to him again.
