This week on S.A.N.E I got the chance to sit and chat with Stefi Cohen, C0-Founder and owner of HYBRID, 25x world record holding powerlifter and now amateur boxer. Stefi and I began the episode with her athletics, and talking about how her openness about anxiety correlated to stepping into a sport that is so new and different from powerlifting and what she knew she had to do to get past it. Most of the show was spent on business, and specifically being a woman in a high position and how the good and bad of the world has been seen through her eyes and experience with owning HYBRID. Stefi is extremely well rounded, articulate and professional and I highly recommend anyone starting or in business to look her up and listen to what she has to say.
