Uschi is a Leadership Coach who spent over 20 years in a variety of corporate roles and leadership positions herself before becoming a coach.

She now helps Leaders take their Leadership to the next level, be more inspiring, authentic and balanced in their approach.   

She has coached 150+ leaders across many organisations in over 20 countries, a manifestation of her keen interest towards different cultures and languages.
