Physical touch - intimacy, these can be small or large physical interactions

Word of affirmation - kind encouraging words and compliments, verbal encouragement

Quality time - you appreciate their full attention, active listening and full presence

Acts of service - shown in actions (tidying up, hovering etc) going out of their way to make your life easier

Receiving gifts - valuing efforts, not monetary value but the symbolic thought of a gift
