The Knowledge Gap

Ep 40 - Why you need to be more disagreeable

Listen Later

According to the Milgrams Experiment, 67% of people are agreeable to the point of compromising their own values when pressured by others. In our culture, disagreeableness is something that seems to be frowned upon, but I believe that without disagreeableness, many people resign to live the lives of others, and they rob the world of their incredible ideas worth sharing. This is episode is going to completely shatter your belief that being disagreeable is a bad. Without disagreeableness, we would struggle to inventive, grow as people, and live out our purposes.
