Towson Women's Basketball Associate Head Coach Zach Kancher joins the pod. We discuss his remarkable accomplishments in regards to voter education/registration initiatives within the Towson community along with the impact he has had on coaches and student athletes all over the country through his virtual town halls and "scouting reports". Shifting to basketball, we discuss his path to becoming a women's college basketball coach, his scouting process and some advice for recruiting as a young assistant.
