When I read my own words about my own experience and it was solid - real - not vague memories or imaginations... there was no turning back, after that I began the podcast because I had things to say now. I have so much ore to say now.

If you are a cult kid, start with the timeline. 

But if you are a surivor of any kind and are thinking of writing it - just for you at first- or even always- if you're considering writing your story - writing your trauma, be prepared for it to change you.

In my first podcast episode I said to you listeners, I need you with me on this journey. I really do. I want to share what this whole experience is like, it's not easy by any means.
