I Beleive amongst every crisis is an opportunity to see the good that can come from it. For the most part, it's up to us to reframe external events and see the positives that can come from them and how they can help steer us down a better path.

I share some inspiring stories that have come out of the current pandemic, from the countless community groups that are appearing throughout our neighbourhoods, to the environmental benefits, and how one billionaire is giving away a massive chunk of his wealth to help get us through these times.
