Kevin Wooding is a highly talented composer and Alexander Technique coach. "Do You Believe in Magic" (Goldwood), co-written and performed by Helen Goldwin and Kevin Wooding, graces us with its presence at the end of the episode.Kevin's musical journey began at the age of 7 when he started composing, and by age 11, he was performing his compositions on Radio New Zealand.After completing his music studies, Kevin made his way to London, where he began teaching Jazz and Classical piano in schools and colleges across the UK, leading to his fateful meeting with Kirsty.Driven by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, Kevin embarked on training in both the Alexander Technique and The Bates Method of Vision Education. He now integrates these two practices, helping his students align their minds and self to find inner and outer peace, unlocking thought and action from unconscious obstacles.Kevin's pioneering spirit led him to establish seeing.org in 1997, the first website dedicated to the Bates Method, providing valuable information and listing over 200 Vision Teachers in 40 countries and all seven continents.Recently, Kevin has been working with tennis professionals to develop a program that combines the Bates vision work and the mind/body peace of the Alexander Technique.
