The work she does stems from her intuitive self healing modalities that developed from Haitian and Kemetic cultural medicinal practices and Indian influences. Tamika’s 10+ years of experience comes from studying with many healers such as Queen Afua, going through the Sacred Woman Rights of Passage, certifying as a Womb Yoga Dance and Sacred Woman Practitioner, Womb Hydrotherapy, and Emerald Green product specialist. Tamika is also certified as a Karma yoga instructor, Holistic nutritionist, Wholistic Health Practitioner, Therapeutic Art practitioner, and a Color therapist.
