Your connections and significance are determined by you! Nick Galbreath and I discovered so much, he is awesome!! Something that I love about Nick is his perspective on life. He has a huge search for significance. Reflection is something that really helped change his views on life. Reflect on where you are, be open-minded, seek people like yourself with strong faith, and reinforce that you are never separated from god. Part of being a successful leader is learning when to have discipline and when to make choices that are best for you whether you want that or not. Self-discipline is saying no to what you want no, and saying yes to what you want most! I think that being more intentional is super important and also ties into your self-discipline.
