All of us were once children. And from time to time, the children that we were can show up - they can show up in our relationships and our everyday lives. In this episode, we dive into the concept of Inner Child work and what it means to love the child within us. By making an effort to listen to, communicate with and nurture our inner child, we can heal the roots of our adult issues and understand how our childhood experiences impact our adult lives. As we explore the importance of our inner child, it can lead to a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
