Heidi Henyon’s childhood was filled with developmental traumas, including child sexual abuse. She doesn’t go into detail about what happened, but rather discusses trauma’s many impacts on her identity. Heidi Henyon’s favorite thing is witnessing her clients heal, become their own best friend, and see their magnificence and beauty.

Using what she learned from her experience healing from extreme childhood abuse, addiction and the side effects of those, along with over 40 years of study, Heidi creates a space where women can safely and quickly heal from trauma and abuse and thrive in life. She believes that when we heal, we stop the abusive patterns from being passed onto the next generations.

She is an Evolved NLP Master Practitioner, Miracle Minded Coach, Somatic Practitioner and has a bunch of additional certifications. She’s an Amazon international best-selling author of three books and has collaborated in two more. Stop the Secretes, which is about thriving after childhood sexual abuse, releases in spring 2023.

At present, she’s renovating her retreat center in Northern Virginia and working with clients one on one and in groups. She enjoys cooking, hiking, being a grandma and simply having fun.
