3 really cool things happened this week.  I was so excited I was a blubbering idiot, couldn't keep my train of thought throughout the whole episode.  

-The podcast hit 1,000 downloads
-A legendary local CRE investor John Trautman came to the office and gave me a masterclass on leasing office space

-First tenant will be moving in Monday

I have a long list of to-do's but they're all money making activities so bring em on baby!!!!!  Will be a busy  but extremely productive next few months.  Should make for some great content.
