In today's episode, I want to share with you a new thought to hold when you feel like you're in the messy middle and ready to give up. There are plenty of circumstances in life where we don't hesitate to pursue through the messy middle. You know what I'm talking about if you've ever committed to an exercise regimen or finished a home remodel.
In both scenarios, the situation must get worse before it can get better. A home remodel requires a demolition phase, and our muscles must become sore from being torn down in order to build back stronger. This is for you if you're running low on hope and feel behind.
