Willy is a tour de force in Shanghai’s F&B scene. He’s the man behind two iconic restaurants, El Willy and elEFANTE, as well as the super cool Japanese cocktail bar El Coctel.

He talked about his journey to Shanghai and making it all happen, including the time he had to hire personal security to overcome thugs.
