Ms. Lanaux is the lead attorney for the Public Defender’s Office in the City of Baltimore. She and I discussed some of her most interesting cases as a trial attorney, her current job responsibilities as the city's number one Public Defender and the somewhat untraditional trajectory that brought her to this very important position.
