If you've been experiencing hard times; feeling like you're in your "dark night of the soul" you are not alone. We've been in a collective period of challenge.
And what I want to offer you in this episode is some respite; sharing from my personal and professional experience how these challenging times are often the most potent experiences for personal, and spiritual development.
In this episode we go deeper into:
- The importance of witnessing and observing your emotions
- The notion of "good" and "bad" and how they create attachment and aversion
- My personal experiences with miscarriage, grief, sadness, and my dark night of the soul,
- And how these were the experiences that catapulted me into deeper practice
And, how I actually look fondly and lovingly back at these times.
I want to also extend the invitation to anyone who is experiencing these challenges, to reach out. I am taking on a few 1:1 clients for Ayurvedic mentorship/life coaching, and if you are looking for guidance, or perhaps have been guided here and this calls to you, I invite you to reach out.
