Ep. 42 How to not give a F***
Stop caring what everyone else thinks about you. You cannot care what everyone thinks. In order to find your purpose in life, you have to be able to say no to things and say yes to certain things by not giving an F. You will have a more open mind to the opportunities in life to reach your full purpose. Then you will get stuck in a "Feedback Loop of Hell." You have to learn how to let go of your anger because you will start to self-destruct. In this video, we discussed the art of not giving an F, inspired by Mark Mason's book, "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck." We also touched on the Law of the Lid from John C. Maxwell's "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership," and how it can help people improve their lives. In addition, we introduced a new segment on the show about growing a business.
