An insight into the life of a part time bodybuilder, juggling a full time job as a Communications Manager as well as competing in bikini competitions.This podcast intends to show that it is possible to achieve your dreams outside of your 9-5. I will be sharing my experiences and challenges and hope to also share the journeys of other competitors who juggle their 'double lives'. I hope this podcast will hope to motivate and inspire fellow competitors on their journey to the stage.
