This week we bring you back to the case of Rosalio Gutierrez Jr. This week will be a little more procedural as we examine the 17 day long murder trial. The Prosecution contends that Rosalio's partner, Sadie Beacham's, ex Zachariah Anderson, murdered Rosalio, hid his corpse, and stalked both of them in order to make the crime happen. The Defense said that the State had "blinders on from the beginning" on convicting Anderson...but the State had sound reason to believe Gutierrez Jr. was murdered by Anderson.
