OOOOHHHHH WEEE Thunderbird is starting to crank!  Feels good to get some action on the place via signed leases. Had some very large ah-ma moment about completely turning this place into salon suites.  I thought the budget would be too great to get it turned into a proper suite facility, but after doing more research and speaking with professionals, that's just not true!  More info on this to come!
