Hussain Rehman a native of Chicago's western suburbs grew up in Villa Park IL. Hussain has been an avid competitive shooting athlete for nearly a decade as well as an advocate for gun ownership in the Muslim community.

This advocacy led to the founding of Qawwam Tactical, a firearms training academy teaching basic and advanced tactics integrated with the Quranic concepts of Qawwamun and Qiwamah.
