90% of our day to day is governed by the subconscious mind and its programming - and so much of that programming is conditioned, unconscious, and not in alignment with who and what we desire to be.
When we become aware; and we do the work to uncover this programming, and learn to rewire it - thisss is where the magic happens.
Because when we're stuck in outdated mental programs, we operate within those, and even inside the best intentions, with the most knowledge and best coaches, we will continue to feel stuck on the hamster wheel.
