"Ask your future self the questions you are afraid to ask."

 

I have been a mentor coach in one of my favorite leadership trainings for the past couple of months and it has been wonderful, as always.

But this past weekend, during one of our weekend trainings, our coach led us through a visualization that was so powerful, I knew I needed to write it all down so that I'd never forget.

I then decided it would be even better if I recorded an episode about it as well -- so that I really don't forget :)

And of course, my invitation is for you to take advantage of this visualization as well. It's so simple and so profound.

It has to do with the very core of our worth -- the wisdom we have always had but that we often forget to tap into.

I hope you take the time to do this visualization. And I hope you remember how full of worth you are when you do.
