They discuss a challenging training week, including an 18-hour effort on Cotopaxi, focusing on fueling strategies, performance metrics, and the mental challenges of ultra-long efforts. Tyler also reflects on a difficult moment late in the session and the lessons it provided for problem-solving and preparation ahead of Everest.
