Joe Poore is the CFO of GEM Mining. Prior to joining GEM Mining, Poore was a partner at Cherry Bekaert, LLP, a top 25 U.S. accounting firm. His role focused on helping clients create maximum value for their companies through digital optimization, efficient use of capital, and strategic tax structuring. Poore also worked extensively in sell-side M&A, where he was a lead advisor on multiple private companies exiting to public market buyers. Before his career in public accounting, Joe served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
