Kent’s the man you call if someone mails you a loved one’s little toe.

He’s the Managing Director for North Asia at Control Risks, a company which handles 70% of the world’s hostage situations. He also authored a blog that was one of the most popular in China and does stand-up in the spare time he never has.

Kent walked us through how he got here, his negotiations and how he handles bribes.
