I have one word - BOUNDARIES.
When I first started my business & for years after that I wasTERRIBLE with boundaries, I mean clients had my cell number, I would work 24/7, checking social & every notification & client question like I had no life kind of bad.
& there is a LOT of talk about Boundaries in the industry but I have an unpopular opinion on this one.
Everyone needs boundaries with friends, family, work, children, etc.
I'm talking like who can work the least while making the most, only checking in with clients 1-2 times a month & this is a BIG FAT NO for me.
It's not INSPIRING to not show up for your clients… nor should this even be a thing that is “normalized” either.
YES - I get as the CEO you have to outsource, delegate, take time off. 100 percent YES.
But to not show up for clients - the people that pay you THOUSANDS of dollars because they want to learn from YOU over someone else. BLOWS MY MIND.
Even as I grow my business to a Million Dollar Company, I will still be taking time to be with my students - why?
BECAUSE it's my souls mission.
I am not coaching for money, quick money, a lifestyle..
I coach because it's my souls mission, my purpose, I coach these women because I genuinely want to help them succeed & this is a hill I will die on.
When I make the promise to show up for my students - I do it.
If you are the type of woman that shares the same mission & wants to help women build a legacy, confidence, & a lot of money at the same damn time it's time to Become a Certified Coach!
Next Certification Class starts the week of September 4th. Are you ready?
