As a football fan my whole life, this was a lot of fun for me to sit down with Ben Elsner of The 33rd Team. This is a group founded by former NFL GM and current analyst, Mike Tannenbaum, that serves as a one stop shop think tank for analysts/scouts/coaches etc. I got to learn a lot about what goes into scouting for an NFL team and how this group has been able to provide avenues for young coaches/scouts and experienced ones looking for positions in the league achieve just that.
