 ARE YOU FATPHOBIC? WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE SKINNY?

  • You can’t be fat phobic if you’re speaking on personal preferences.
  • Is it a good thing that my identity and value is based upon how I look?
  • What is fat phobia?
  • Body dysmorphia and learning to love yourself 
  • It takes so much effort to love yourself when its not reinforced outside of me  
  • Nobody was mad when thick was in 
  • Everybody is affected by trends 
  • A “regular” American lifestyle will make you sick 
  • Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound all created to inhibit cravings, make you less hungry 
  • We all live in a society that makes us fat
  • Once you realize you’re capable of being disciplined, there’s and obvious choice
  • Thinking about it doesn’t mean I go to extreme measures   
  • Fitness, health, and skinny are different  
  • Colorism and weight
  • What happened to body positivity?
  • Love yourself but make an active choice to be better 
  • Accountability  
  • You never know how its gonna affect you
