EP 43: Using scripture meditation for trauma recovery

Trauma takes a lot from us. One way to take back our life from trauma is through scripture Meditation. 

This type of meditation involves thinking, asking, listening and application. When used appropriately and consistently, it:

  • Quietens our spirit and calms us down.
  • Enlightens our minds to think the way God thinks about what concerns us.
  • Increases our energy.
  • Gives us an enlarged view of God’s capacity.
  •  Increases our awareness of God’s presence and power and  strengthens our faith.
  • Answers some of our questions.
  • The goal  of this episode is to help you understand scripture meditation and how to use it for trauma recovery. I pray this will lead you to establish your own mediation practice and spend quality time with our heavenly father.
