Season 3 is going to feature some dives into Theriomancy, magic involving animals. We're starting with Ailuromancy, divination with cats. RJ and Elle are joined by Spectre, RJ's cat. RJ begins with viking cats, and the way cats are connected to norse mythology and folklore. He also dives into celtic folklore and some of the reasons why Cats are considered bad luck and the familiars of witches. RJ also discusses maritime lore involving cats, and farmer superstitions involving cats. Elle and Spectre perform an Ailuromancy reading in which spectre selects 5 tarot cards from an oversized deck.
