How are you giving back to you?
At my sons school they teach the children to fill their cup up and to make sure their actions are filling up their friends cups. I LOVE THIS so much that I have borrowed it:)
It is a perfect way to think about our own self care. If we have an empty cup, we are no good to anybody, particularly ourselves.
This week we go through some tips on how to find out what tools to add to your special BALANCE toolbox and also ways to fill up your cup.
