Rachael has been working with me for a little over a year in the 1/1 spiritual direction space where we’ve gotten to focus so much on liberating her own spiritual experience from her fundamental evangelical upbringing and adulthood. We get to hear what has been most impactful for Rachael on her spiritual direction and where she’s going now because of the expansiveness and authenticity she’s been able to access so far.

We discuss how Spiritual Direction offers judgment-free space of support to wonder… permission to wonder about it all.
