The Renae Saager Show

Ep 44: "It's not your body, it's your clothes!"-Interview with Stylist Lillian Gray Charles

Listen Later

Raise your hand if you look at your closet full of clothes and you have NOTHING to wear?
Or, day after day you try on 12 things and end up always wearing the same pants and shirt?
Or! If you are like me, you buy hundreds of dollars worth of clothing and 3 days later wonder what on earth you were thinking because you actually hate them!!

If you are tired of the wardrobe meltdowns, you think there are no clothes on this planet that look good on your body.....

GET READY LADIES, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!

Lillian established STYLE THERAPY in 2011 as a way to help women remove physical, emotional, and mental barriers that keep them from living fully expressed lives.

Lillian is certified in neurolinguistics programming, hypnosis, tapping, TIME techniques, and goal setting in combination with intuitive styling and reiki energy healing. Lillian holds a BA in Women’s Studies and French from Agnes Scott College is a Lululemon ambassador and full-time cheerleader of badass women stepping into their power.

Oh yea, she was also named #1 for closet edits in 2020 by Atlanta Magazine. And she is super funny and very sweet!

Lillian is the FULL PACKAGE DEAL!

I was so excited to have Lillian on the show because I love her approach to helping women feel hot AF in their clothes, which ISN'T “just get as skinny as possible and make your body fit your jeans.”

She is all about helping you understand your own shape, size, colors and styles so you can feel like a million bucks and in your prime every single day you get dressed!

In our conversation, we discuss how she got into this line of work, her experience with meditation and slowing down even though her mindset was much more of a “no pain, no gain” mentality. Lillian shares exactly how she works with women to help them feel incredible in all of their outfits and some of the biggest mistakes she sees women make when picking clothes (like just not buying the right size!)

Lillian is a true gem and I am so excited for you to learn from her as well. Just following her on Instagram has given me a whole new perspective when I am getting dressed in the morning.
