Salutations and hey welcome back to Always Tribbyn - This week I start off with a PSA for all my fellow senior citizens hitting the gym. As an active older man I'm learning all about the key to longevity and youth that till this point I've been able to avoid. But the real meat to this episodes taco is the first round of NBA playoffs. This time Phoenix has all of us Arizonians excited it could be our year but it won't come easy, or at least as easy as I thought a match up against the Pelicans would be. A lot of great match ups and already a few surprises and disappointments. 

Finally there's more court action, with the defamation cases between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Years after their divorce they are back in court and man its bad. But there's a lot to learn from this and it highlights the joke that is most Hollywood marriages.
