"The way we own our worth determines the value that we will offer to the world."

 

I'm right in the middle of a busy stretch of work weeks and having a great time. So it felt fitting when my good friend Nick asked me to record an episode on the difference between value and worth.

I've been thinking a lot about my value in the workplace lately as I've been transitioning my clientele and getting interesting new gigs.

But I know that the very best gigs come when I own my worth. My value is a reflection of how I own my worth.
