The body floated in Whampoa River, near McNair road. It was missing a head and hands.

It was 12th December 2013, the decapitated body of Jasvinder Kaur had been found floating in the river. The 33-year-old Indian national had only been in Singapore for a few months. 

The prime suspect? Who could be capable of such a cruel act? 

None other than her husband, 35-year-old  Hasvinder Singh...
