Rory joins us today to draft the best players that have never won the Premier League.

The rules are as follows:

• Max 3 players per team (if the player has played for multiple teams, he counts towards your quota for all of them)
• Players that won the first division and played in the Premier League are ineligible (whether they also won the Premier League or not)
• Current players are ineligible.

I hoped to include some commentary but unfortunately this has been blocked via my usual avenues.
