Living from your Truth- That’s it! Now let’s get to work! Edel has been seeking this Truth within herself and the concept, while simple, is not easy, but it is most empowering and freeing once experienced, integrated and embodied.

She's taken many healing pathways, trained in psycho spiritual shadow work, somatics, bodywork and energy work for over 30years.

As we are made up of all of these, she works as a weaver through the patterning laid down by our restrictive conditioning and guide us to experience living in our truth.
