A curious tale of a rich young little girl and her not so pleasant quick journey of her wedding. The story will remind you of the ancient practice of marrying daughters at a very young age with not at all young men who would lure and make their way cleverly just to inherit the wealth and dowry of their brides. The story will beautifully paint a picture of  how it all started from a children's ball event hosted by riches and so and so in the party. It will leave you in awe for the little girl who would have never imagined his groom to be Mr. Julian Mastakovich who very slyly made his way in her parents heart and their only treasured daughter's wealth with his careful calculations. I hope you enjoy listening to this small masterpiece by Dostoevsky.
