Do you ever ask yourself, "do I WANT to do this?"
Do I WANT to sign up for this project?
Volunteer at this event?
Eat that thing?
Take on another task?
Keep that relationship?
If you want things in your life you don't yet have, if you are working on improving your life in some way, YOU have to things differently.
This doesn't mean you have to completely blow up your entire life. (unless you want to- sometimes that can be fun!)
It could be as simple as saying NO.
Saying no to things that are no longer in alignment with the life you want or the person you want to become.
