As you may know, or not know, I am actively growing, nurturing, and developing an agency. I am working very hard to make sure that my clients stay supported, that my team members stay supported and that I stay supported as I'm going through this growth phase. Something that I've noticed as I build up my team, and as I am a teammate on other people's teams, is the  issue of how people are supported on your team.  So in today’s episode I am going to give you a few suggestions about how to proactively provide support for our team.
