Roisin is a yoga teacher, the founder of Concrete Jungle Yoga and a brand ambassador for Sweaty Betty here in Kingston.

What's unique about Roisin is how she transitioned from a successful career as a freelance hairstylist and makeup artist, embarking on a 200-hour yoga teaching training journey which has allowed her to better align her work with her mission to help people.
