This one may sound a little funny at first with the intros, but this is our speech for Cultivating Courage 2021, the women in ag event that Whit hosts every year.

We hope you enjoy and begin to realize every choice we make is ours. And that we have to stop playing victim to the things that happen to us. We are always one choice away from something better or more positive.
