This is a fitness episode. In chatting with a few friends and clients it has become apparent that not everyone is doing workouts that are benefiting them in the way they wish. Some are doing workouts that are great but not actually giving them the results they want. Some people do workouts with the illusion that they are "killing it" and hitting goals and PRs but what they TRULY want is better health and body change and neither of those are happening. Hitting PRs and competing are amazing feats but.....


Why are YOU working out? What is your TRUE reason for hitting the gym or moving your body and is your workout routine actually making that happen? I think you'll have that answer after listening.
