Today the letter of the day is J and it stands for Jacquere! Jacquere is the Savoie most widely planted grape variety. it accounts for 50% of all the plantings and produces an early drinking, low alcohol, acidic dry wines. Expect to get flavors of white flowers, pear, white peach, and grapefruit along with some minerality and flintinesss. 

A little French lesson: during the podcast we discuss seeing Fils on the labels and had no clue what that meant.. Well, it means Sons.
