in this episode I'm trying to explain a concept that might seem a bit backwards to you

normally you think your life will get better as you achieve more goals, reach more of your dreams 

you think you will feel better once you reach everything you set for yourself to reach 

and I'm here to tell you the opposite is true

I believe each of us have the responsibility to ourselves and to our loved ones to allow more good to come to us, to feel better and by doing so to expand our capacity for even more good to come so even achieving our goals and reaching our dreams becomes faster and easier

by allowing more goodness to flow to you, by allowing more support in your life - before you feel ready for it - you are expanding your capacity to receive more and more goodness in all areas - in your life, in your business, in your family, in your friendships

few practical examples of this would be to hire a virtual assistant BEFORE you are completely overwhelmed in your business because then you might not even have time to train them properly and you may feel like it's not worth your effort to do that, you will feel too busy to do that

maybe you need to get supported in your household to then have more energy and space to show up for your business

perhaps to have help with cleaning few times a month can support you in feeling good in your space so you are energised to 

perhaps to have help with your kids few times a month to have some alone time with your spouse will make your marriage feel like the old times

to allow more support, more feeling good BEFORE you think you are ready or need it will dramatically change your life experience and open the floodgates for more good to come
