The Grown & Flown community is something I have been a part of for years.  Mary Dell Harrington and Lisa Heffernan has done an incredible job of building this community and have published a book that needs to adorn the shelf of any parent of teens, or young adults.  It is a handbook and reference guide that answers all those parenting questions that stop us in our tracks, or simply make us think, "Is anyone else having SAT and ACT prep anxiety like my kid?"  or "Are any of you struggling with anxiety with your teen?"
